Each entry that is acquired by members will be entered into the draw. The more entries you acquire, the better your odds of winning are. The two winning members will be announced shortly after the draw on the website and via email. The winners will have 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winning members do not claim the prize, a new draw will be held

How to Enter:

By Raking

During the promotion period, every member gets 1 entry for every $25 in net rake up to 25 entries ($625 in net rake max)

By Referring †

During the promotion period, every member gets 4 entries for every qualified referral. A qualified referral is a referral that net rakes $25. For every 5 qualified referrals, the referring member will get an additional 10 entries as a bonus.

Prize Details:

  • 2 Prize packages are available
  • The same RakeBrain.com member cannot win both packages
  • Each Prize Package includes:
    • 2 round trip, economy air tickets to Vancouver, Canada (maximum value $3,000 USD for two tickets)
    • 3 nights, standard accommodation for 2 in Vancouver, Canada
    • Flight to Vancouver should arrive on Thursday, February 25, 2010 and should depart from Vancouver no earlier than Sunday, February 28, 2010
  • Flight changes or cancelations must be organized and paid for by Prize Package winner
  • Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions

How to Enter:

Registered RakeBrain.com members can earn entries into our draw for one of two prize packages. There are two ways to earn entries into the draw:

  1. RakeBrain.com members can earn one (1) entry into the draw for every $25 USD in net rake they earn on RakeBrain.com during the Promotion Period.
    • Maximum of 25 entries per member based on this entry method
  2. RakeBrain.com members can earn four (4) entries for every person the member refers to RakeBrain.com during the Promotion Period. In order to earn 4 entries into the prize draw, each referral must:
    • Be made during the Promotion Period;
    • Open an account with a RakeBrain.com affiliated poker room during the Promotion Period; and
    • Net rake $25 or more on a RakeBrain.com affiliated poker room during the Promotion Period.
    For every 5 qualified referrals made during the Promotion Period, the referring member will get an additional 10 entries as a bonus. There is no limit on the number of entries that a RakeBrain.com member can earn through this entry method

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to be a Rakebrain.com member or enter our promotional draw
  • You must be a registered RakeBrain.com member during the Promotion Period
  • You must be in compliance with RakeBrain.com Terms of Use
  • This Promotion is not open to residents of the Netherlands Antilles
  • Due to rake stats not being available, the following rooms will not be included in this promotion: Poker Stars, Party Poker, Pacific Poker, Lucky Ace Poker, Ladbrokes Poker, EuroPoker, Eurobet Poker, Betsson Poker, and BetSafe
  • Employees of RakeBrain.com or its holding company are not eligible

Selection of Winner:

  • RakeBrain.com will hold the prize draw on Monday, February 25, 2010 at 12:01 EST
  • RakeBrain.com will contact prize winners immediately after the draw to notify them of their winnings
  • Notifications will be made by email to the most recent email address provided to RakeBrain.com by the RakeBrain.com member
  • Winners will have 24 hours from notification to accept the prize
  • In the event a winning member does not respond to our notification within 24 hours of our email, that member shall forfeit the prize and RakeBrain.com shall, within 12 hours of the forfeiting event, hold another draw for another prize winner
  • The draw and notice process shall continue as set out above until a prize is drawn and accepted pursuant to these terms and conditions
  • One member cannot win both packages

Miscellaneous:

  • Prize Package winners assume sole risk and responsibility for arranging necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) to Canada
  • Prize Package winners assume all risk and responsibility for costs or damages they may cause to the accommodation offered as part of the Prize Package
  • Prize winners must have a valid credit card to present upon reservation of, or check-in to, the offered accommodation
  • Prize Package winners assume all risk and responsibility for any injuries caused to their person or property while in transit to or from or while in Vancouver, Canada
  • Winners will be responsible for arranging their own flight reservations and RakeBrain.com will reimburse each winner up to $3,000 USD for actual cost of two air tickets actually purchased and evidenced by a legitimate invoice or receipt
  • Flight must depart from the airport closest to the primary residence of the winner at the time he/she enters the promotion
  • Accommodation will be organized by RakeBrain.com prior to prize winner's arrival in Vancouver, Canada. RakeBrain.com will use its sole discretion in choosing and booking reasonable accommodation
  • RakeBrain.com hereby waives all liability for any injury, loss, loss of revenue, loss of income, or other damages that may be occasioned to the Prize Package winner as a result of accepting the Prize Package and by accepting the Prize Package each prize winner will indemnify and hold RakeBrain.com harmless against same
