Full Tilts Matrix - SitnGo for the Action Junkie!

Oct 30, 2008 Categories: News 0 Comments

The new way of SitnGo tounaments is here. For days I have done little else but been hooked to the Matrix. Not the Keanu Reeves, black spandex, leader hosen kind of Matrix. No, I'm talking about Full Tilt's new multi-table sitngo investment where you play 4 individual tables agaist the same 5 (shorthanded) or 9 (full table) players. And you pay only one buy-in stretching between  $1 + $0.25 to $2,100 + $90.

matrix- sitngo 2.0

The rules of a Matrix sitngo is far from clear or easy to comprehend. The game can be NL Holdem, Horse, Omaha Hi, Hi/Lo where nothing is different. It's how you win the tourney it becomes complicated. Point blank, there are 5 prize pools, 4 for each individual sitngo table and then 1 general. If you win at a table you win the money in the individual prixe pool, nothing strange there. But when it comes to the 5th and general prize pool it becomes a battle between all players over how many "knock out points" and "survival points" one has. The one with the most wins the general prize pool and takes home and additional winning.

I have probably only made this more confusing for you, so I suggest you try one Matrix tourney to see for yourself. Matrix SitnGo's is truly for the action junkie since players are triggered by the pressure of collecting points while playing on four different tables.

Oh yea, and my bankroll is down to $50 on Full Tilt with about $9 in rakeback. My straights have met higher straights, set beaten by flush and general tight ass competition as soon as I get a decent hand.
