Cake Poker - Information When Changing Screen Name
If you are a Cake Poker player, please keep in mind that we are not able to track your Cake Poker rake stats if you change your screen name.
If you do want to change your screen name, or have already changed it from when signing up, please let us know by contacting the support. We will then update your screen name in our database and be able to track your rake stats again.
Being unable to track your rake stats is merely a problem for our database to match your user name in the poker room stats. You will never loose any rakeback - but you will not be able to see your stats in the RakeBrain member area.
