Is Four-Card Straight Better than One Pair?
Some opponents at the Omaha tables are quite weak, and some are just terrible. Minutes ago, I played Omaha heads up against one softest opponent I’ve ever been up against. I won a few hands, and he made a couple of crazy calls with absolutely nothing. Then he wrote.
Vilias: first time playin omaha
Vilias: i get 4 cards
Vilias: and use how many from the flop
Vilias: ?
LECHEESE: 3
LECHEESE: must use 2 from the hand
Vilias: max 3
Vilias: total 5
LECHEESE: only three
Vilias: right?
LECHEESE: best 4 card hand wins
LECHEESE: four straight beats one pair
Vilias: ok
I won a couple of more hands before my newly-found friend said:
Vilias: goin for holdem
Vilias: cu
Vilias, sorry for lying about that straight
Bankroll: $944
Rakeback: $177 (February not included)
